The beautiful Conservatory Restaurant was designed to bring the outdoors in. Reflecting the seasonal changes of our surrounding gardens, the space is filled with a range of plants and freshly cut flowers. During the day, the Conservatory is light and airy, enjoying views of the Arts and Crafts inspired terrace garden.
With a strong focus on creativity, our Chef team take our guests on a culinary journey showcasing Aberdeenshire and Scotland’s fantastic larder but in particular, utilising our own extensive home-grown produce. You will often find our kitchen team in our kitchen garden – selecting the freshest vegetables, fruit and herbs from our wide range of over 80 varieties grown on site using fully organic methods.
